CONTACT US

Spring Valley Presbyterian Church is turning 42 years old this May, 2019. Organized in the spring of 1977, the first service was held on May 1, 1977 at the Wildewood School (now St. John Neumann School). Rev. Dr. A. Lamar Potts was installed as the first called pastor of Spring Valley Presbyterian Church on June 25, 1978.

Our first building was built in 1979. That building is now part of the Christian Education facility. The first service in the current sanctuary was on Easter Sunday, March 1989. The Christian Education facility was expanded and extended to include the Atrium the Outreach Room and Potts Fellowship Hall in 2001.

Help us celebrate 42 Years of Ministry this Founders' Day, May 5, 2019, with a Music Sunday combined service at 10:30am in the Sanctuary, followed by a potluck lunch in Potts Fellowship Hall. Sunday school will be canceled on this day.
